The enviornmental impact of Asia Symbol mainly stems from production processes. We will incorporate the principles of circular economy into our production and operations, maximizing the efficiency of raw material use, production output, and waste management systems. We will continue to reduce our emission through investing in advanced enviornmental protection technology.
By 2030, we will achieve :
- 30% reduction in product water use.
- 30% reduction in product air emission.
- Zero solid waste to landfill.
- >95% water reused
Low Carbon Growth
The extend of future global climate change primarly depends on the cumulative emission of greenhouse gases. We will continue to optimize our energy structure, seeking to increase the share of clean and renewable in our operational portfolio. We will reduce our product energy consumption rates through technology upgrades, significantly reducing GHGs emission and helping to contribute to achieve national goal of carbon neutrality befor 2060.
By 2030, We will achieve :
- 30% reduction in GHGs emission
- 95% share of renewable and clean energy in energy structure.

Synergetic Growth
Responsible sourcing is a key part of Asia Symbol’s sustainable development policy. We will continue promoting the industry’s awareness and practice of responsible forest management through our own responsible raw materials sourcing. We will integrate considerations of ethics, labour, enviornment, fair operation and other issues into our supplier evaluation and monitoring frameworks, to achieve a continuing and synergetic transformation of upstream and downstream elements in our supply chain.
By 2030, we will achieve :
- 100% chips and pulp source from responsibly managed forest.
- 100% key suppliers auditing based on systematic risk assessment practices.
